Check a doctor before you book
Look at each doctor's qualifications, medical council registration and verification status before booking a consultation. If anything is not confirmed yet, we say so — we never label a profile verified until its registration has been checked.
What "Registration verified" means here
- A doctor's registration number and council are recorded, and an administrator has checked the registration against the council's records.
- Qualifications listed on a profile come from the doctor's own application and supporting documents; the registration check covers the licence, not every degree.
- "Verification in progress" means the profile is listed but its registration has not yet been confirmed. Booking a consultation still requires a verified, account-linked clinician.
- Directory listings from public sources are marked as unverified until a claim by the doctor or clinic is approved.
