Account and credential information
Your account mobile, optional recovery email, representative authority, credential files and verification notes are private to you and authorised administrators. They are used to assess your application and resolve claims, not to provide a government licence or guarantee clinical quality. Do not upload patient records, passwords, OTPs, full Aadhaar or unrelated sensitive information.
Publication choices
Only approved public details and contacts you explicitly authorise may appear on selected directories. Account registration and application approval do not automatically publish a listing, enable appointments or grant doctor privileges. Home verification addresses and private evidence must not be published. A claim does not transfer ownership before review.
Accuracy and professional scope
Submit accurate qualifications, applicable registration and services within your authorised scope. Report restrictions, expiry, ownership changes and closure promptly. Directory listing is not accreditation, professional registration or a licence to practise. Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings until accepted.
Files, correction and retention
Uploaded files remain in private storage pending review; they are not public media. You can remove attachments while editing and withdraw an application. No automatic retention period or account-closure process is implemented yet; ask the site administrator for correction, export or deletion of retained application information. Public media publication remains disabled until scanning and image-processing controls are available.
Messages and consent
Required account and verification messages are separate from optional promotional consent. Marketing choices are off by default and refusal does not prevent an application. Supplying an email does not verify it. Professional data sharing with sister sites requires the selected publication consent and a separately approved listing.
